So, lots of people say that riding is easy and not a sport but I say different because it takes heart, focus, strength etc. Here, let me show you:
Show jumping:
Heals down, toes up, eyes forward, shoulders back, lean forward, you name it!
Same thing with dressage.
Ok, ok, I guess you could say that western pleasure is pretty lazy.
public trail rides are probably the most lazy of all, and are really boring in my opinion.
Well now you know, So if you ever come across so if you ever come across an  equestrian that does show jumping or dressage show more respect, and now, you know the lazy stuff about riding and the hard stuff about riding.
